TAUNTON – Leo Perry, Jr. of Taunton, 69, died at New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton on January 17, 2013. Born, raised and educated in New Bedford, he was the son of the late Leo Perry, Sr. and the late Dorothy (Gomes) Raulett. A Taunton resident since 1962, Mr. Perry was employed by Wrentham State School as an attendant for twenty years. During his time there, he enjoyed activities with the students. He also enjoyed playing and coaching softball, and was an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan. He leaves two sons, Shawn L. Perry and Joshua P. Dutra, both of Taunton; three daughters, Teresa M. Perry, Rachel M. Perry and Shana D. Perry, all of Taunton; a brother, Valenti Perry of Onset; two sisters, Valerie and Lolita Fontes, both of Onset; his former wife and best friend, Susan M. (Cabino) Perry of Taunton; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Friday Jan. 25th at 12 p.m. Burial will be at Mayflower Hill Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
