In Warwick, RI, June 3, 2015 Ann L. Masterson, age 55, passed away suddenly at Kent County Hospital following a brief illness. Ann was born in Taunton, the daughter of the late Matthew & Alice (Enos) Masterson. She was educated in Taunton schools and had resided here most of her life. Ann worked for the Alden Shoe Company as a bookkeeper and also for many other local businesses. Ann was an avid reader and she enjoyed knitting, crossword puzzles and above all cherished her time with family and friends. Ann is survived by her loving son Michael Houghton of Taunton. Her fiancée Ron Moats of Coventry, RI. She also leaves her siblings Matthew Masterson of Taunton, Hazel Zanellato of Bridgewater, Julie Donahue of RI and David Masterson of Taunton. A funeral home service will be held on Tuesday, June 9th at 7 pm. at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780. Visiting hours will be prior to the service from 5-7 pm. Burial will be private at the request of the family. Donations in Ann’s memory may be made to assist the family with Ann’s funeral expenses.
