Karen L. Casano (Barrow), passed away at Morton Hospital at the age of 61 on January 22, 2015. Karen is survived by her husband, Stephen Casano of Wareham, loving sons Jason Casano and son in law, Dennis LePorte of Bridgewater; Justin Casano of Brockton; Joshua Casano of Taunton; Sister Sandra [Barrow] and Guy Kingsbury of Norton; Brother Douglas Barrow of HI., Nephews Chad Kingsbury of Attleboro; Matthew Kingsbury of Norton; Daniel Kingsbury Attleboro and P.J. Kingsbury of Norton. She is the daughter of the late Colin C. Barrow & Nancy J. (Edwards) Barrow. Karen was born in Weymouth, with her father in the air force she lived in Japan, Florida, and many communities around MA, primarily in Brockton raising her three sons which she always stated as her greatest and proudest achievement. Beyond her sons Karen enjoyed spending time with extended family, friends, and her cat Baby Girl. She had a deep connection to the ocean and her art. Her family and friends will greatly miss her unconditional love and devotion. A Funeral Service will be held at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Tuesday, January 27 at 11 AM. Visiting hours will be Monday from 4to8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Karen’s memory to www.copdfoundation.org.
