Miss Cheryl A. Johnson, of Taunton, died Wednesday, January 14 in Morton Hospital following a brief illness. She was born 65 years ago in Taunton, the daughter of the late Leonard H. and Thelma L. (Peterson) Johnson. She was educated in Taunton and had been a lifelong city resident. Prior to her retirement, Cheryl had been employed as an assembler for Texas Instruments of Attleboro for several years. She enjoyed computers, listening to music and her dog, Rocky. She formerly attended the North Taunton Baptist Church. She leaves her dear friends, James and Rhonda Clark of Taunton, and several cousins. A Funeral Service will be conducted at The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, on Tuesday, January 20 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow in the Field Street Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A Visiting Hour will be held prior to the Funeral Service, Tuesday, from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M.
