In Taunton, December 31, 2014 Antonio I. Duarte husband of Angelina (Travares) Duarte died suddenly at the age of 75. Born and educated in Faial, Portugal, Antonio was the son of the late Manuel and Alexandria (DeJesus) Duarte. Antonio was retired for Garelick Farms and the former Cumberland Farms working in the warehouse. Antonio was a member of the Portuguese Army serving during the Angola war. He was a member of the Benfica Soccer Team in Taunton. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street in Taunton Wednesday, January 7th at 9 AM. A Mass will be held at St Anthony’s Church in Taunton at 10 AM. Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 5-8 PM. Interment St Joseph Cemetery in Taunton.
