TAUNTON – Maria Eduarda (Botelho) Pinto of Taunton, wife of the late Guilhermino Pinto, died at Morton Hospital & Medical Center on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014. She was seventy-nine. Born in Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Fernando and Isabel (Moniz) Botelho. Mrs. Pinto was employed by the Foxboro Company for many years, retiring several years ago. A communicant of Annunciation of the Lord Church, she enjoyed reading and soccer. Survivors include her son, Jorge Pinto of Taunton; a brother, Mario Jorge Botelho of Portugal; and two grandchildren, Marlayna Pinto and Sara Pinto, both of Taunton. She was also the mother of the late Ana Isabel Morais. A memorial mass will be held at Annunciation of the Lord Church, First St. Taunton on Monday, Feb. 10th at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Graveside Services will follow at the family lot, in the St. Elizabeth Section of St. Joseph Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Calling Hours are respectfully omitted.
